A Raritan office building has reached full occupancy with the signing of a pair of leases, Larken Associates announced recently.
Bridgewater Footcare signed for 1,534 square feet, while testing preparation company Foley Prep Inc. signed for 1,451 square feet at Building 2 of the Raritan Valley Professional Center, the real estate firm said in a news release. The 17,006-square-foot building at 575 Rt. 28 is now 100% occupied.
The Raritan Valley Professional Center has 82,000 square feet spread over three buildings, Branchburg-based Larken said.
“Despite the uncertainty in the broader economy, we have seen consistent demand for our professional and medical office spaces throughout all phases of the pandemic,” Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage division, said in a prepared statement. “Much of our success in this challenging market boils down to our ability to consistently position our spaces in line with the needs of modern businesses and deliver tenant service that is unmatched at any other professional office and medical product in the market.”
Berkshire Hathaway – Deluccia Commercial Group represented Larken in the transactions.
