Roof and gutter solutions company Englert Inc. has signed a lease for a new headquarters location at Tower Center in East Brunswick, real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield announced this week.
Englert signed for 41,768 square feet at the mixed-use complex at the 23-story property, and will relocate to the office tower in March.
Sean Brady of C&W represented the tenant in the deal, while Newmark represented the property owner, American Equity Partners.
“The search for Englert’s new office headquarters included properties in Metropark and the southeastern portion of the Interstate 287 corridor, but the company ultimately chose the East Brunswick area,” Brady said in a prepared statement.
The building is currently undergoing a full renovation, including a new amenities center on its 15th floor, after American Equity Partners’ recent acquisition.
