A new luxury apartment building in Hackensack has sold for $3.3 million, according to real estate firm the Kislak Co. Inc.
The Overlook, at 140 Overlook Drive, was 100% occupied at time of sale, the Woodbridge-based firm said in a news release. Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis. Daniel Lanni, senior vice president, handled the assignment and procured the buyer.
“We represented the builder of this new construction apartment building exclusively, and quickly procured a strong buyer who closed all-cash in 30 days,” Lanni said in a prepared statement.
Neither the seller, nor the buyer, were disclosed.
