A series of businesses signed leases at a Sicklerville retail property, according to real estate firm Soloff Realty and Development.
Three companies — Panda Express, Jersey Mike’s and THRIVE Affordable Vet Care — signed at the multitenant property at 3421 Black Horse Pike in Washington Township.
Richard Soloff, broker on the transactions for the Pennsylvania-based real estate firm, said the aggregate lease value was more than $2.1 million.
