A venture capital firm has purchased a 50-acre plot of land in Howell, according to Sheldon Gross Realty.
The real estate services firm said in a news release that the plot on Vanderveer Road was purchased by SJ Investment Holdings from Hilton Management LLC. The land is suitable for uses such as warehouse or outdoor storage, the West Orange-based firm added.
Jonathan Glick, executive vice president, and Glenn Jaffe, senior vice president, handled the transaction.
“With rapid access to all major roadways in the area, plus a wide range of buildout options, this location can ultimately become almost anything the new owner wants,” Glick said in a prepared statement.
