A marketing, public relations and trade show services company has signed as the anchor tenant in a Tinton Falls office and logistics facility, according to real estate firm JLL.
HAP Marketing Inc. signed for 14,829 square feet at 1511 Wayside Road, which is owned by Stavola Realty Corp., as its new headquarters location.
JLL’s Peter Ladas and Gary Politi, senior vice presidents, represented the tenant, while Gary Vialonga, Stavola’s president, represented the landlord in-house.
“HAP Marketing sought to consolidate their business operations and reduce their overall footprint costs,” Ladas said in a prepared statement. “JLL helped the company refine its space-use program and develop a comprehensive market survey of suitable sites with higher ceiling heights in the company’s target area.
“We were able to complete a build-to-suit transaction that met all of the company’s requirements, including a full turnkey tenant improvement package exclusive of landlord’s core and shell base-building work.”
