The Stro Cos. has completed three lease transactions in recent weeks, the real estate firm announced.
The three industrial deals totaled 45,500 square feet, and included:
- DaklaPack, which is relocating and expanding from Moonachie to a 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 500 W. Main St., Wyckoff, with Stro handling the deal exclusively;
- Pinnacle Product Developers, which is relocating from Brooklyn to a 14,000-square-foot space at the 85,000-square-foot 215 S. Newman, Hackensack, with KenKap Realty’s George Eggers representing the tenant;
- SKR Trading, which is relocating from Queens to 19,500 square feet, also at 215 S. Newman, with Alexander Anderson’s Michael Williams representing the tenant.
“We are pleased to have consummated these exciting lease deals,” Jack Shulman, director of leasing, acquisitions and capital mark, said in a prepared statement. “Despite COVID-19, the demand for industrial space in northern New Jersey remains strong, and I hope momentum continues well into 2021.”
