A food distribution business has acquired a Cinnaminson flex industrial building, and is moving to the property, according to real estate firm WCRE.
The Marlton-based firm said in a news release that Snacky Ventures LLC has acquired the 22,000-square-foot building at 2 Surrey Lane from Staniel Holding Co. LLC.
WCRE exclusively represented the buyer in the deal for the property, which contains 20,500 square feet of industrial/warehouse space and 1,500 square feet of office space.
Jason Wolf, managing principal, handled the transaction for Snacky Ventures. Snacky Ventures recently sold its flex industrial property in Pennsauken, WCRE had announced in January.
