EisnerAmper increased its presence in the central region of the U.S. by acquiring the certified public accounting firm Goldin Peiser & Peiser in Dallas.
Founded in 1994, GPP has eight partners and a staff of 75. The firm provides audit, tax and advisory services to growing and midsized companies in sectors such as health care, manufacturing and distribution, real estate and construction, and others.
EisnerAmper CEO Charly Weinstein said the acquisition is part of the firm’s growth plan.
