CBRE has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent for the former Honeywell headquarters building in Morris Plains, now a multitenant office complex owned by Argent Ventures.
Honeywell, which moved its headquarters operations to Charlotte, North Carolina, in November 2018, sold the building at 115 Tabor Road to Argent in December, but will remain in part of the space as a tenant.
The property — now called the Crossing at Tabor Road — totals 465,000 square feet of space, and has 250,000 square feet available for lease, CBRE said in a news release.

The team of Sean Morley, Edward DaCosta and E.J. DaCosta will lead the marketing and leasing campaign.
“We are excited to bring this prominent office space to the market,” Morley said in a prepared statement. “The Crossing at Tabor Road is ideally positioned to meet the new demands of tenants post-pandemic. The property is fully furnished for companies looking to reduce capital expenditure for buildouts and offers a suburban location with convenient access to Manhattan for tenants seeking to execute ‘hub & spoke’ strategies.”
CBRE also handled the sale-leaseback process in December.
