Two health care firms sign leases at Glen Rock office buildings

Two health care businesses have signed leases for medical office space in Glen Rock, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.

The firm said in a news release that Eye Care Associates of NJ LLC signed for 5,490 square feet at 65 Harristown Road, while Progressive Spine & Orthopedics LLC signed for 3,221 square feet at 208 Harristown Road.

NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented both tenants in the transactions with the landlords — 333 Realty LLC and 208 Glen Rock Associates LLC, respectively.

“Visibility and accessibility are more vital than ever for independent practitioners searching for new medical office spaces in today’s market, whether they are relocating or expanding their operations,” Lizzack said in a prepared statement. “These two transactions on Harristown Road underscore the fact that well-located and well-maintained assets continue to drive leasing activity among medical office users, who still require physical spaces in order to provide quality care to their current and future patients.”

The property at 65 Harristown Road is a three-story, 63,060-square-foot office building, while the property at 208 Harristown Road, known as the Bank of America Building, is a four-story, 99,508-square-foot building.

While Eye Care Associates moved from Elmwood Park, Progressive Spine is opening its eighth location in the state.
