Mexican restaurant joins mix of retailers at Paramus center

A Mexican restaurant chain has opened at the Paramus Crossroads retail center on Route 17, according to real estate firm Advance Realty Investors.

Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen, which has five other New Jersey locations, has taken 1,821 square feet at the center, Advance said in a news release. The eatery joins other tenants, including anchors PGA Tour Superstore and P.C. Richard & Son, as well as TREK Bikes, Trinity Rehab and several other food options.

“Paramus Crossroads’ continued success, in spite of the various ongoing challenges presented by COVID-19, serves as an incredible testament to the resilience and magnetism created by a truly dynamic retail center,” Advance’s Peter J. Cocoziello said in a prepared statement. “Today, we celebrate Tacoria officially opening its doors and adding to the amazing mix of retailers that make the property one of the premier shopping destinations in Bergen County.”

Newmark’s team of Dean Tselepis and Jeff Kolodkin is serving as exclusive leasing agents for the remaining space at the center.
