An oral surgery practice has leased space in an East Brunswick office park, according to real estate firm Sheldon Gross Realty.
The Oral Surgery Group is opening its third location at 213 Summerhill Road, the West Orange-based firm said in a news release, taking 4,045 square feet at the property owned by the Summerhill Group.
Sheldon Gross Realty’s Jonathan Glick, executive vice president, managed the transaction.
“For this surgery practice, the East Brunswick space is an ideal fit,” he said in a prepared statement. “Located in a thriving office park where most other tenants are health care-related, and with quick access to the area’s major roadways, it’s difficult to imagine a better place for a team of oral surgeons to put out their shingle.”
