Wealth management firm expands space in Chester

A wealth management firm has signed a lease for a larger office in Chester, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.

CKW Wealth Management has taken 4,582 square feet at 6 Mill Ridge Lane, the firm said. Its team of Joseph Vindigni, Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented both the tenant and the landlord, MGHC Group II LLC, in the transaction.

CKW, which also has an office in Sparta, offers core and niche financial and wealth management services. It is moving the Chester office form the nearby 1 Mill Ridge Lane, where Vindigni also represents MGHC Group.

“Despite challenges in the broader office market, we continue to see significant activity from professional services tenants searching for modern, well-located spaces,” he said in a prepared statement. “Leveraging our deep local relationships on both sides of the office supply-and-demand equation, we continue to be well-suited to work closely with office landlords and tenants of all sizes and types to navigate the transactional puzzle in an efficient and seamless manner.”
