The Home Depot building in Bloomfield has been sold for $16.4 million, according to real estate firm JLL Capital Markets.
The property, which is a 128,715-square-foot, single-tenant building, is triple-net leased to the home supplies retailer on a long-term bases, JLL said. Benderson Development purchased the property from Acadia Realty Trust.
JLL marketed the property, which has housed the Home Depot since 1994, on behalf of the seller. The team included Jose Cruz and Kevin O’Hearn, senior managing directors; Michael Oliver and Steve Simonelli, senior directors; J.B. Bruno, director; and Jordan Altman, analyst.
