Home infusion therapy company consolidates facilities with Florham Park lease

A home infusion therapy company has signed a lease in Florham Park, according to real estate firm JLL.

The firm said in a news release that Option Care Health has taken 17,265 square feet at 6 Vreeland Road, signing a long-term lease for a portion of the 58,000-square-foot office property.

The deal represents a consolidation of two expiring leases into a new regional compounding center for the company, which was itself formed by a 2019 merger of BioScrip and Option Care.

JLL’s Peter Ladas and Chris Conklin, both senior vice presidents, led the team in the leasing of the property. The landlord, Troy Corp., was represented in-house by Al Gerado, senior officer.

“By fully engaging with the tenant’s architect, engineering and account team, we were able to identify ideal locations that would meet all of Option Care’s operational needs,” Ladas said in a prepared statement. “A favorable rental structure and extensive tenant improvement allowance enabled us to accommodate the company’s unique technical and office space needs in an ideal location.”
