Toni L. Casiano, Avison Young

The New Jersey office of Avison Young announced Toni L. Casiano has joined the firm as a senior vice president, specializing in transaction management and agency services. Jeffrey L. Heller, principal and managing director, made the announcement.

Casiano has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong background in both corporate and landlord transaction services, lease negotiations and asset management services. She joins Avison Young after spending over two decades with publicly traded Mack-Cali Realty Corp., where she most recently served as a senior vice president of leasing for an office portfolio of over 11 million square feet.

“Toni brings a wealth of experience, market knowledge, and professionalism that will boost the already strong and accomplished office leasing team here in New Jersey,” Heller said. “We are excited to have Toni join Avison Young New Jersey and assist new and existing clients with customized occupier and landlord strategies that align with their long-term needs.”

Laura Cooper, OwnBackup

OwnBackup, a leading cloud-to-cloud business continuity platform, announced the addition of Laura Cooper to its executive leadership team. As chief people officer, Cooper will lead the fast-growing company’s global human resources operations as the organization expands its headquarters amid changing workplace needs driven by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dillon Del Rosso, SCG Advertising + Public Relations

Boonton resident Dillon Del Rosso has been named vice president, North regional sales, by the Parsippany-based communications agency SCG Advertising + Public Relations.

Del Rosso — who joins SCG from a premium partnership sales post with the National Football League’s New York Jets, in Florham Park — is responsible for supporting new business development efforts, with an emphasis both on advertising and public relations, including social media.

“In the agency environment, growth is in large part based on the ability to consistently develop new client relationships,” explains SCG Executive Vice President Michael Cherenson. “This will be Dillon’s focus, and we’re confident he’ll establish and cultivate the individual relationships that are the hallmark of successful business development efforts.”

Jacqueline Lease, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors

Graeme Atkinson, sales leader of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors’ Middletown office, welcomes Jacqueline Lease as a sales associate. Lease, licensed since 1989, was formerly with Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty.

“I joined the company because Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors is an awesome brand, has unparalleled service and the best real estate team in the region,” Lease said.

Active in her community, she is a member of the United States Power Squadron. Lease serves the areas of Middletown, Rumson and Red Bank. She resides in Leonardo with her husband, William, and they have two children.

Tim Tallach, Pathstone

Bosque brings more than 20 years of transportation engineering experience to his new role, in which he will be key to Michael Baker’s continued growth and success in the Northeast region and will enable the firm to continue successful expansions into new markets and business lines.

Julie M. Murphy, Stradley Ronon

Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Julie M. Murphy rejoined the firm’s Cherry Hill office as a partner in the financial services practice group. Murphy previously practiced law at the firm from 2009 to 2017.

Peene is an accomplished senior executive with years of experience in commercial and government banking. Most recently, he was the senior vice president of government banking and corporate development at SB One Bank. Prior to this, he worked as a consultant at MBI-GluckShaw, one of New Jersey’s largest public affairs firms. He has been very successful in developing and cultivating strong relationships in these arenas throughout the state.

New Jersey law firm Parker McCay announces that Emily Schrank joined the firm. Schrank has joined Parker McCay as an associate in its Public Schools and Education Department.

In her most recent past position, she provided legal representation and guidance to public school districts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania in special education and various other education law matters.
