A treatment organization has signed a lease for an office in Bridgewater, according to real estate firm NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
The firm said in a news release that the Center for Psychological Treatment and Assessment has signed for 5,600 square feet of space at Bridgewater Plaza I, where it will operate an Adults with Autism program.
Marc Shein, senior vice president, handled the lease.
“The tenant was seeking a first-floor location that allowed easy access for their clients into the space,” he said in a prepared statement. “We have a long-term relationship with the owner of the complex, and they always do their best to accommodate the needs of existing and new tenants.”
Bridgewater Plaza I & II is a two-building office complex located at routes 22 and 28. Building I is a two story, 24,000-square-foot property, while Building II is a three-story, 39,000-square-foot facility.
