Convenience store signs lease at Marlton retail center

A convenience store has signed a retail lease in Marlton, according to real estate services firm Vantage Commercial.

Maya Food Mart LLC has signed to fill one of two remaining vacancies at Allison Shopping Center, 27 N. Maple Ave., the Cherry Hill-based firm said in a news release.

The brokerage represented landlord Davis Enterprises as well as the tenant. Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Emily Stein, director of health care services, worked with ownership and Maya’s Manisha Gurung to facilitate the transaction.

“It was great to work with Vantage Commercial,” Gurung said in a prepared statement. “Emily and Monica are very professional, easy to communicate with, available anytime and, above all, they really know what professionals are looking for in a business.”

Davis Enterprises’ Mitchell Davis added: “It is always a pleasure working with Vantage. We have had a remarkably successful long-term relationship, and I know I can depend on Vantage to fill vacancies, sell properties and represent my buildings in a competent and skillful manner.”
