A debt collection company has signed a 7,000-square-foot lease at an office building in Ramsey, according to real estate firm JLL.
The firm said in a news release that Radius Global Solutions took the space at 500 N. Franklin Turnpike, a 141,000-square-foot, Class A office property. JLL represented New Jersey-based owner Highstone Equity Group in the long-term lease deal.
The team representing the landlord in the transaction included Frank D. Recine, executive managing director; Derek DeMartino, senior vice president; and Colleen Maguire, associate vice president. The tenant was represented in-house.
“500 N. Franklin offers market-leading amenities, abundant light from interior and exterior windows and a highly convenient location,” Recine said in a prepared statement. “The Class A property’s recent renovations and exposed common outdoor courtyard are ideal for companies seeking superior office space with ready access to highly educated employees.”
