Newmark Associates CRE has been named the exclusive health care and medical office leasing agent for a property in West Orange, according to developer Prism Capital Partners.
Nutley-based Prism is redeveloping a historic Thomas Edison property into Edison Village, which will include the Edison Lofts multifamily rental project, 18,400 square feet of retail space and more. Approximately 13,000 square feet of the retail space is planned for health care and medical office leasing, Prism said in a news release.
“Prism understands the market and has created exceptional space for health care providers while more than generously addressing parking, which can be a challenge in downtown areas,” Newmark Associates’ Judith Tell Feldman, managing director and leader of the health care division, said in a prepared statement.
Feldman’s Cedar Knolls-based team on the assignment will include Jeannette Melillo, sales associate.
Ripco Real Estate will market the remainder of the retail space, called the Shoppes at Edison Village.
