An auto parts supplier has leased a 300,700-square-foot industrial building being built in Florence, according to real estate firm NAI Mertz.
The Mount Laurel-based firm said in a news release that DNA Motoring, an aftermarket retailer and distributor, has leased 839 Railroad Ave., which is being developed by Black Creek Group. The site will serve as the California-based company’s Northeast distribution hub.
Scott Mertz represented the tenant, while Tony Rod of Lee and Associates represented the landlord.
“The Florence/Burlington area continues to be the epicenter of industrial development and leasing activity in southern New Jersey,” Mertz said in a prepared statement. “This transaction is typical of recent activity in the area, with Class A buildings fully leasing prior to delivering to market.”
