Cushman & Wakefield has arranged $69.5 million in financing for a 25-building light industrial portfolio in South Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The firm said it served as exclusive adviser to Camber Real Estate Partners in the procurement of funding for the Crossings Industrial Portfolio, which includes 1.2 million square feet of space in Bucks County and southern New Jersey. Natixis provided the floating-rate financing.
The team of John Alascio, Sridhar Vankayala, Chuck Kohaut, T.J. Sullivan and Meredith Donovan represented Camber in the deal.
“The portfolio represents an ideal mix of functional, multitenanted and well-located light industrial assets in greater Philadelphia’s most sought-after submarkets: Bucks County and southern New Jersey,” Alascio said in a prepared statement.
The firm could not provide details on the New Jersey portion of the portfolio.
