Two companies have signed leases for industrial space at Hillsborough Business Center, according to property owner Larken Associates.
Superspar Packaging Corp., a maker of widemouth polymer containers, signed a lease for 3,000 square feet, and Bluestar Direct LLC, an e-commerce fruit, nut and gift distributor, signed a lease for 1,500 square feet.
Larken, based in Branchburg, said the two businesses will be located in the 550,000-square-foot, 27-building industrial/flex complex on Stryker Lane.
“Despite ongoing challenges in other sectors of the commercial real estate market, New Jersey’s industrial/flex sector has continued to see sustained, strong demand coupled with a limited supply,” Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage division, said in a prepared statement. “In well-located markets like Hillsborough, spaces that are flexible and have the ability to provide easy access to customers and suppliers will continue to be highly attractive to a wide range of users like Superspar and Bluestar Direct for the foreseeable future.”
