A Dover apartment community has sold for $15.7 million, according to real estate firm Gebroe-Hammer Associates.
Dover Hills Apartments, 99-120 First St., was sold by Dover Hills Properties LLC to an undisclosed private buyer. The garden-style community includes 100 apartments, primarily one-bedroom layouts.
Gebroe-Hammer’s Debbie Pomerantz, senior vice president, secured the exclusive listing on behalf of the seller, and Steve Tragash, executive vice president, procured the buyer.
“Thanks to its sought-after location and Morris County’s expanding renter base of former big-city dwellers — both pre-pandemic and in the current COVID-19 economy — Dover Hills Apartments is a classic candidate for property repositioning,” Tragash said in a prepared statement.
