A wholesale membership club has leased a 130,000-square-foot property in Lodi, according to real estate firm CBRE.
AAA Wholesale leased the former National Wholesale Liquidators building on Route 17, the real estate firm said in a news release. It will utilize the space as a wholesale membership club, supplying grocery stores, delis and convenience stores.
CBRE’s Bill Waxman and Kevin Dudley represented the tenant in the transaction. The property is owned by Urban Edge.
“We continue to seek older, underutilized retail sites to service the needs of our clients requiring well-located properties that can be converted to industrial use,” Dudley said in a prepared statement.
Waxman and Dudley also arranged for a 30,000-square-foot lease for AAA Wholesale at a former Toys R Us store in Connecticut.
