The PromptCare Cos., a New Providence-based provider of respiratory and home infusion services, has acquired Cherry Hill-based NBN Infusions Inc., expanding its footprint in the Northeast.
PromptCare said in a news release it acquired substantially all of NBN’s assets from founder Linda Begley. NBN also provides home infusion therapies to patients with chronic conditions.
“Linda has built an impressive business in South Jersey, which is a core geography for us,” PromptCare CEO Tom Voorhees said in a prepared statement. “NBN’s patient-first approach to providing care is well-aligned with our values, and its focus on specialty infusion therapies is an excellent fit with our strategy.”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
“We have built NBN over the past three decades to provide the highest-quality patient care, and we set out to find a partner that would be a good steward of that mission,” Begley said in a statement. “We are confident we have found the right home for the business in Tom and the PromptCare team.”
Goodwin Procter and Polsinelli served as PromptCare’s legal counsel, while Paragon Ventures advised NBN.
