A psychotherapy office has signed a new lease to expand at the Eastampton Place West complex in Eastampton, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
The Cherry Hill-based firm said in a news release that the Mental Mediator, which originally signed a lease at the complex in May, has signed for a new, 5,705-square-foot space due to its rapid growth.
Ken Richardson, executive director, worked with Shannon Shadman, the Mental Mediator’s CEO, to identify the location and secure the lease.
“The Mental Mediator will be well-positioned for success and future growth within Eastampton Place West,” Richardson said in a prepared statement. “The newly created, expanded space will be welcoming and efficient for their clients.
“During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more critical to have a strong understanding of the market. Our relationships with landlords, including Urban Renewal LLC, become even more important, as we all need to be able to service clients during challenging times.”
Eastampton Place, managed by Urban Renewal LLC, has 240 luxury apartments and multiple retail spaces along Woodlane Road.
