World Insurance Associates LLC has acquired a Nutley-based insurance brokerage, it announced this week.
The Tinton Falls-based brokerage said it acquired C. Walter Searle Insurance Agency LLC last month. The brokerage provides insurance for all lines of business, including personal, commercial and more.
Financial terms were not disclosed.

Walter Searle has the experience, and a broad network of providers, to match their clients with policies that are tailored to meet their specific insurance needs.”
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel to WIA, while Gaccione & Pomaco provided legal counsel to C. Walter Searle.
