Synchronoss Technologies Inc. has named its interim CEO and president to the permanent role, it announced Monday.
Jeff Miller, who joined Synchronoss in 2018 as chief commercial officer, had been serving in the interim leadership roles since September.
“I have had the opportunity to work closely with Jeff over these past six months,” founder and Executive Chairman Stephen Waldis said in a prepared statement. “It’s been a challenging time for our team, our customers and the world at large, but the board is delighted with Jeff’s transparent and pragmatic approach. I am pleased to confirm his position as our new president and CEO.”
The Bridgewater-based company is a provider of cloud, messaging and digital solutions.
