A Korean restaurant has signed a long-term lease in downtown Somerville, according to real estate firm NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
Seoulville, a homestyle Korean eatery, leased 2,170 square feet of retail space on the ground floor of the three-story Gaston Building, a mixed-use property at 58 W. Main St.
The firm’s Robert V. DiLeo and Matthew DiLeo exclusively represented the owner of the building, who bought it in 2020. The owner and financial terms were not disclosed.
“The downtown Somerville business district is experiencing increasing levels of activity as vaccine distribution increases and local restrictions loosen,” Robert DiLeo said in a prepared statement. “This lively environment offers an ideal setting for Seoulville, as many people frequent the area for its diversity of culinary choices.”
