Leasing begins at Jersey City luxury property (SLIDESHOW)

Leasing has begun at a new luxury building in Jersey City, the developers announced this week.

One Ten, which includes 238 rental apartments over six stories at 110 Hoboken Ave., is the third and final phase of the Enclave community, developed by BNE Real Estate Group, McKinney Properties and Hoboken Brownstone Co. The community includes three buildings, more than 600 apartments and over 100,000 square feet of amenities.

Minno & Wasko designed One Ten, which includes oversized studios as well as one- and two-bedroom configurations. Monthly rents begin at $1,695, and apartments are available for immediate occupancy. Amenities include a landscaped outdoor patio, resident lounge, fitness center, coworking lounge and more.

“It’s rewarding to see the vision for this well-located neighborhood realized,” Jonathan Schwartz, a partner with BNE, said in a prepared statement. “The combination of new residences, modern amenities, retail services and conveniences, and coveted outdoor space has attracted thousands of new residents to the area and made this one of the fastest-growing and most popular neighborhoods in downtown Jersey City.”

The Marketing Directors is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent after its successful lease-up of the first two phases, The Enclave and 100 House.
