Onyx begins major renovation project at two Parsippany office buildings

Onyx Equities has begun a multimillion-dollar renovation project at two Parsippany office properties, designed to reposition them for an improved tenant experience, the real estate developer announced this week.

The buildings, at 4 & 6 Campus Drive, are part of the Arbors @ Parsippany office park. Both are three-story buildings, with more than 147,000 square feet of space each. The capital improvement project will see the lobbies renovated and amenities expanded, including a state-of-the-art conference center, new cafeteria and more.

“We are strong believers in the power of investing in suburban office properties,” Adam Karafiol, senior vice president of leasing, said in a prepared statement. “We are thrilled to have started our capital improvements at 4 & 6 Campus Drive, and are excited to welcome tenants back to the workplace of the future.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s team of David DeMatteis, Mark Zaziski, Ben Brenner, Kelsey Nakamura and Raymond Trevisan are the exclusive leasing agents.

Onyx acquired the buildings in 2020.
