IT staffing firm Diversant makes acquisition

Information technology staffing firm Diversant has acquired a California-based peer, it announced Wednesday.

The Red Bank-based company, a certified minority business enterprise, said in a news release that it acquired Atrilogy Solutions Group, enabling it to expand its presence in the U.S.

“We are thrilled to welcome Atrilogy staff, employees and technology professionals to the Diversant family,” co-founder and Chairman John Goullet said in a prepared statement. “Atrilogy’s excellent reputation in the marketplace aligns with our mission to be the IT recruiting and staffing company of choice.”

The combined company will have revenue of $225 million-plus, Diversant said.
