Luxury high-rise to start leasing this spring in Jersey City

A new luxury high-rise will debut this spring in Jersey City, according to developer Fisher Development Associates.

The 452-unit rental property at 1 Park View Ave. is the second of twin 45-story buildings along the Hudson River waterfront in the Liberty Harbor North section of the city, the firm said in a news release.

Leasing will open in April for the tower, part of the Vantage Collection. The property is designed by S9 Architecture and features a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The Bozzuto Group is handling the leasing launch.

“From homes and amenities to location and views, the Vantage Collection has distinguished itself as the signature apartment high-rise in Hudson County,” Brian Fisher, president of Fisher Development Associates, said in a prepared statement. “We’re thrilled to deliver this premier new building to a renting public that’s already shown great appetite for its oversized, well-appointed layouts, hotel-level amenities and services, and uninterrupted views considered some of the world’s best.”

The building also includes 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a 45th-floor Sky Lounge, fitness center, business center and coworking lounge, and more. It also has 6,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

In total, the Vantage Collection includes 900 apartments and more than 75,000 square feet of amenities, along with 11,300 square feet of retail.
