A luxury residential community in West Windsor has begun the leasing process, the developer announced this week.
Woodmont Properties said in a news release that Woodmont Way, located at 100 Woodmont Circle, includes 443 units in one- to three-bedroom layouts, as well as a variety of amenities. Those include a fitness and yoga studio, game room, swimming pool and more.
“We’re thrilled by the incredible community response to Woodmont Way, and have already seen leasing momentum thanks to a very successful VIP campaign,” Louis DeVos, vice president of property management, said in a prepared statement. “In addition to offering the best in modern-day amenities, Woodmont Way is just minutes away from shopping and dining, as well as (the Princeton area’s) universities and highly-rated school district.”
Move-in is expected in the summer, the Fairfield-based developer said.
