Hallmark store grows in Bridgewater with lease expansion, LMC says

Norman’s Hallmark, a card and gift store, has renewed and expanded its lease at Bridgewater’s Somerset Shopping Center, according to real estate firm Levin Management Corp.

The firm said the family-owned and -operated retailer now occupies 6,000 square feet at the shopping center, up from its original 4,500-square-foot location. The 219,000-square-foot center is located at the junction of Route 202/206 and Route 28.

The center is exclusively leased and managed by North Plainfield-based LMC, and the firm’s Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty, senior leasing representative, arranged this signing.

“When tenants grow and thrive — particularly in a challenging retail climate — it’s exciting news,” she said in a prepared statement. “With this expansion, Norman’s Hallmark offers an even more inviting and easy-to-shop store design. The success that Norman’s Hallmark has seen at Somerset Shopping Center testifies to this property’s position as a key local shopping destination, and we are pleased to have them remain a tenant for years to come.”
