A major provider of information technology products has signed an industrial lease for a Fairfield property, according to real estate firm CBRE.
Ingram Micro, which is based in Irvine, California, signed for the entire 107,107 square feet at 116 Lehigh Drive, which is owned by Venture One Real Estate Inc. The company intends to expand its third-party logistics capabilities for the IT products and services market.
Thomas Mallaney, Nicholas Nitti and Denise Kokulak of CBRE’s Saddle Brook office worked with David Remington from the firm’s Newport Beach, California, office on the transaction.
“Working closely with our colleague from Newport Beach, we were able to identify 116 Lehigh Drive as the ideal building to serve our client’s requirements,” Mallaney said in a prepared statement. “We are pleased to facilitate Ingram Micro’s expansion into the third-party logistics industry and also satisfy their future real estate needs.”
Ingram Micro intends to move into the property in September.
