A cleaning and foodservice product company has signed a lease at an industrial building under construction in Burlington, according to real estate firm NAI Mertz.
The Mount Laurel-based firm said in a news release that EBP Supply Solutions signed for 100,170 square feet at 320 Dulty’s Lane, which is expected to be a 208,290-square-foot property when completed.
NAI Mertz President Scott Mertz represented the building owner, Black Creek Group LLC, in the transaction.
“This property was a perfect opportunity for a company like EBP to lease a new facility that is close to many of New Jersey’s most-traveled highways, making it ideal to reach its customers throughout the Northeast,” he said in a prepared statement.
Mertz noted that the building in Haines Industrial Park, which is scheduled for completion in the second quarter, has the remaining 100,170 square feet still available for lease.
