A behavioral services business has expanded in South Jersey, signing an office lease in Cherry Hill, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
Advantage Behavioral Services LLC has opened its newest location at 36 Kresson Road on the border with Haddonfield, Vantage said in a news release.
Emily Stein, director of health care services, worked with Chris McGoldrick, co-owner and vice president of operations at Advantage, to identify a location and secure a lease.
“Advantage Behavioral Services is well-positioned for success and growth at 36 Kresson Road,” she said in a prepared statement. “The newly renovated space will be easily accessible and welcoming for their clients and patients. This company is doing amazing things for those struggling with mental health and addiction, and is a great addition to our local communities.”
Vantage is based in Cherry Hill and Philadelphia.
