A major cocoa bean storage company has signed a lease for an industrial building in Camden, according to real estate firm Colliers.
Colliers said in a news release that Dependable Distribution Services, which is the largest cocoa bean storage company in North America, signed for the entire 71,445-square-foot building at 1120 Ferry Ave.
Ian Richman of Colliers represented the undisclosed landlord, while Marc Isdaner and Richard Gorodesky represented the tenant.
