Timothy C. Moriarty, Colts Neck; Alan L. Poliner, Manalapan; and Christina desGroseilliers, Brick, have been hired as associate attorneys at the law firm of Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone in Freehold.
A litigator and trial lawyer, Moriarty specializes in civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts; business, commercial, and construction law and litigation, ranging from startup sole proprietorships to large corporations; employment law; and trusts, tax and estate planning and litigation. Violet PR, a boutique, New Jersey-based public relations firm specializing in economic development, professional services and social good, announced the promotion of Christina Forrest to account director. Saleem Khan, Discovery Data

Khan was most recently founder and managing partner at HyperPlayn DataWorks, providing data strategy consulting and implementation services to the information services sector including Discovery Data in 2020. Prior to that, Khan was the global leader of data and analytics innovation at Dun & Bradstreet.
He is a patented inventor with over 15 years of experience in data, technology, and advanced analytics, having held senior positions at successful startups and multinational corporations such as IBM and S&P Global Ratings.
KickCharge
KickCharge Creative, an award-winning branding agency specializing in marketing for small-business service contractors, announces two new personnel moves that reflect the company’s continuing growth and industry leadership.
KickCharge has added brand designer Jesse LuBera to its roster and promoted Terri Lynne Briggs to senior vice president, director of operations and client service.

Kara Rogan, CoWorx Staffing Services
CoWorx Staffing Services has promoted Kara Rogan to chief operating officer, to lead organizational realignment and all U.S. operations for the national staffing agency. In her new role, Rogan’s responsibilities include strategic oversight of regional operational efficiencies and best practices, as well as management of national clients, engagement and implementation, and field training.

Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. named Mara Sirhal as senior vice president and general manager for Harmon Health and Beauty Stores. Sirhal will report to Joe Hartsig, executive vice president and chief merchandising officer at Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. and president of Harmon Health and Beauty Stores.
Sirhal will be responsible for unlocking the potential of Harmon Health and Beauty Stores, leading all operational aspects of this value-driven business. This includes retail, online and distribution, as well as developing and implementing an improved customer value proposition to drive strong growth for the retail concept.

Alex Tseng, NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., a leading full-service commercial brokerage firm, recently announced that Alex Tseng has joined its team of professionals as an associate vice president. Tseng will be specializing in representing industrial property owners in central and northern New Jersey with an emphasis on the ports.

For the past four years, Tseng was a director of investment sales at New York City-based JET Real Estate. He has been active in the multifamily, industrial, office and property management sectors. Concurrently while working with JET, he was a director at STREETSEED, where he was responsible for purchasing undervalued and poorly managed multifamily properties and improving them to become more desirable for tenants, as well as increasing property values for the property owners. He also utilized his design capabilities at CAZA, an architectural firm, where he served as a project manager, leading design teams for studies of large-scale mixed-use development projects and resort communities.
Dr. Richard Woodman, Eisai Inc.
Eisai Inc., the U.S. pharmaceutical subsidiary of Eisai Co. Ltd., announced the appointment of Dr. Richard Woodman as chief clinical officer of its Oncology Business Group.
In this role, Woodman will have full oversight and responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the company’s global oncology clinical development functions, including clinical research, clinical operations, imaging, medical writing, data services, biostatistics and regulatory strategy. He will also serve as a member of the Oncology Executive Leadership team.
Woodman, who has 18 years of pharmaceutical experience in several different functional areas at both large and small biotech organizations, will lead the clinical team’s development of Eisai’s next-generation oncology products by managing the design protocols and implementation of all oncology clinical trials. He will also oversee all collaboration development projects with partner companies, as well as interpret the results of all clinical trials in preparation for applications to global regulatory authorities, including the FDA, EMA and PDMA.
Faraz Khan, Vision Solar
Vision Solar announced Faraz Khan as its new chief financial officer. Khan is extremely eager to play a part in the success of the company in the years to come.
Khan has over 15 years of professional experience within the energy industry. Brendan Murray, VOLLERS
VOLLERS, a family-owned full-service solutions provider for construction services, has announced that Brendan Murray was named its new president. This major milestone marks the next chapter of VOLLERS’ commitment to leading the industry with its vision and advancing the field of site and civil construction services.
With the approval by the VOLLERS board of directors at its December 2020 meeting, Murray became the first president not from the entrepreneurial Vollers family. Murray joined VOLLERS in January 2020 as director of construction, bringing over 20 years of experience as founder of a multimillion-dollar commercial construction services firm.
