A Little Falls company that converts labels and other products for the pharmaceutical and other industries has been acquired by a firm from Rye, New York.
Dunes Point Capital LP, through its portfolio company Premium Label & Packaging Solutions LLC, has acquired Label Graphics Manufacturing Inc., it said in a news release.
LGM has manufacturing facilities in both Little Falls and Fairfield, and employs about 40 people. It is a converter of custom pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves for the pharma, nutraceutical, cosmetics, beauty and other markets.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
