Greg Hanson, Billtrust

Billtrust, a B2B accounts receivable automation and integrated B2B payments leader, has announced that Greg Hanson has joined the company as chief product officer. Hanson will drive product development, design, delivery and roadmap strategy.

Hanson joins Billtrust amidst its ongoing commitment to world-class B2B accounts receivable automation with integrated payments capabilities, having recently upgraded its Cash Application software’s advanced machine learning capability and expanded its Business Payments Network by adding support for ACH and wire transactions.

Maureen O’Hara, Peapack-Gladstone Bank

Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp. and Peapack-Gladstone Bank are proud to announce the appointment of Maureen O’Hara, senior managing director, commercial private banker, commercial & industrial.

Headquartered in the Bank’s Teaneck location, O’Hara is responsible for growing a portfolio of commercial clients in the bank’s markets and providing customized solutions through personal client service in the C&I business.

O’Hara has extensive financial services experience in the acquisition, management and growth of high-value commercial relationships. She is a team player and will reinforce and expand Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s footprint in the commercial arena.

Duff Davidson, Made4net

Made4net, a global provider of warehouse management system & end-to-end supply chain execution software, and Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm, announced that Duff Davidson will join Made4net’s management team as CEO.

Davidson brings decades of direct experience in the supply chain execution and transportation management space and, in both markets, has managed remarkable growth in domestic and global sales. As former vice president of global sales and alliances at HighJump, Davidson built a global sales organization and oversaw the execution of a strategy that led to a greater than tenfold increase in revenues across all its products and services. More recently, as vice president of global business development and implementations at C.H. Robinson, Davidson successfully replicated that level of growth, expanding revenues by more than 5x during his tenure and building a blue-chip base of customers across over 160 countries.

Carolyn Feigin, FWH Associates P.A.

FWH Associates P.A., a regional professional engineering services firm in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, is pleased to introduce Carolyn Feigin as project engineer.

Feigin brings to FWH more than two decades of land development experience in New Jersey, taking projects from proposal to design to approval and construction. The Kislak Co. Inc. announced the recipients of its 2020 sales awards along with four promotions at the firm’s annual awards ceremony, which was held virtually. Vice President Matt Wolf received the Producer of the Year award, Senior Vice President Justin Lupo received the Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award and Executive Vice President Peter Wisniewski received the Transactions award.

During the awards ceremony, Mr. Lupo was also promoted to a senior vice president. Three other promotions were announced: Barry Waisbrod was promoted to an executive vice president. Michael Kossak was promoted to a vice president. Thomas Scatuorchio was promoted to a vice president.

Karyn Miller, Capital One

Capital One has announced the appointment of Karyn Miller as managing director and market manager of regional commercial banking for New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Miller will be charged with growing Capital One’s presence in the commercial space after having specialized in building and improving upon business segments and brands for nearly three decades.

Morris Educational Foundation

The Morris Educational Foundation, a nonprofit organization enhancing excellence in education in the Morris School District, is pleased to announce the election of six new members to its board of trustees. With the addition of these new members, the MEF board has 25 members in total, representing varied proficiencies and backgrounds.

The MEF is excited to continue its mission of enriching and inspiring the academic pursuits of all 5,200 students in the Morris School District with new members Caitlin Castillo, Katie Cole, Kristen Cunningham, Kathleen Kalaher, Chris Volinsky and Christopher Wilson.

Jim Prekop, PeopleStrategy Inc.

Tom Verratti, Contemporary Staffing Solutions

Tom Verratti has been promoted into the role of president at Contemporary Staffing Solutions, after joining CSS in 2017. Verratti will also continue to serve as the company’s chief financial officer.
