A mobile home park in Hainesport has sold, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
The 24-pad park had been family owned for more than 40 years, the Cherry Hill-based firm said in a news release. The new owner plans to upgrade infrastructure and common areas, it added.
Ken Richardson, executive director, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. Neither the buyer nor the seller was disclosed. The sale price also was not disclosed.
“The park will be well-positioned for success and future growth with its new ownership,” he said in a prepared statement. “Once the opportunity was secured, we reached out to our network and secured a buyer rather quickly.”
The transaction was handled in just eight weeks, Vantage noted.
