JLL has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent for an Elmwood Park office building, owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises said Monday.
Sanzari, the Hackensack-based owner and operator of commercial and residential real estate, said in a news release that the team of Tom Reilly, Larry Martin and Brendan McBride from JLL’s New Jersey office will handle the assignment for 475 Market St., a four-story property.
“With a depth of local expertise in the New Jersey office market, we knew that Tom, Larry and Brendan would be ideal to partner with on this leasing assignment,” Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Sanzari, said in a prepared statement.
The property has spaces available ranging from 6,000 to 68,000 square feet.
