A new wine and food shopping concept has signed a retail lease in Paramus, according to real estate firm CBRE.
Bin52 Wine & Gourmet, which offers wine, spirts, beer and gourmet food, signed for 8,631 square feet at 396 Route 17 N., the firm said Monday in a news release.
CBRE’s Nicole Nannola and Samuel Bernhaut represented Bin52 in the lease transaction with property owner the Klein Group.
“Previously housing a Stew Leonard’s Wine & Spirits, 396 Route 17 was the ideal location for our client to open its first store and build its brand,” Nannola said in a prepared statement. “In addition to the space’s appeal due to the former tenancy, its excellent location and visibility on Route 17 was key.
“The new Bin52 Wine & Gourmet shop will also be adjacent to a successful Trader Joe’s, which is a huge traffic driver.”
The store opened last Thursday.
