A medical practice has signed a lease for 14,000 square feet of office space in Voorhees, according to real estate firm WCRE.
The Marlton-based firm represented landlord Voorhees EA LLC in the lease with Urology Management Associates at Voorhees Medical Center, 136 Route 73.
The new complex includes 50,000 square feet of medical office space along Voorhees’ “Health Highway,” which includes multiple prominent health care providers and other commercial tenants.
John Mozzillo, executive vice president, handled the assignment.
