Retail real estate specialist Levin Management Corp. has arranged four long-term lease renewals with Dollar Tree, including three in New Jersey, it announced this week.
The retail chain renewed leases at these LMC-leased and -managed locations:
- Brunswick Shopping Center, North Brunswick, 14,500 square feet;
- Blue Star Shopping Center, Watchung, 10,300 square feet;
- Rutgers Plaza, Franklin Township, 9,400 square feet;
- Mid-Town Plaza, Middletown, Pennsylvania, 9,000 square feet.
“These transactions also serve as a positive indicator that the retail industry, and activity within our own portfolio, is moving forward despite a challenging environment,” Sidney Singer, vice president of leasing with North Plainfield-based LMC, said in a prepared statement.
