Murphy announces four nominations to Port Authority board

Gov. Phil Murphy announced Thursday that he will nominate three new members to the board of commissioners of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, as well as renominating Commissioner Kevin McCabe.

The new nominees include: Michelle Richardson, executive director of the Hudson County Economic Development Corp.; Dana Martinotti, a Cliffside Park councilwoman; and Robert Menendez Jr., counsel with the law firm Lowenstein Sandler LLP.

McCabe, a partner at River Crossing Strategy Group, is a current commissioner.

“It is my pleasure to nominate this group of experienced and capable professionals to the board of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey,” Murphy said in a prepared statement. “I know that Michelle, Dana and Rob will continue and build upon the great work that Kevin and the other commissioners have done over the years.”
